Theme and Visuals

The retrofuturistic steampunk world is a widely popular theme in the gaming community. It incorporates the aesthetic designs from the 19^th century steam-powered machinery and the term was first coined in K.W Jeter’s Morlock Night, a novel written in the late ‘80s. The designers at Kalamba Games have successfully managed to re-create that retro sci-fi atmosphere in Sky Hunters slot machine, by using representative visual elements and sound effects.

The background image is represented by the city of the skies, where the engineers tinker all their devices, which are used to generate higher revenues. The gameboard is relatively simple, it has transparent reels, which emphasize the symbols and makes it easy for the players to tell when they land a winning combo. On the right, there is an oscillator, which randomly assigns a multiplier value and it looks as if it is connected to the bar on top.

The zappy animations add a lot of dynamism to the game and together with the amazing sound effects that occur when you land a special feature, help complete the entire picture.

Blazing Bull is another impressive slot released by Kalamba Games which takes you on a trip to the forest, where spirit animals roam around, helping you find the hidden treasures.

How the Slot Machine Works

The Sky Hunters slot features a 5-reel, 3 rows, and 20 paylines board configuration. It comes with a clear interface that allows you to start right away. All you have to do is:

• Select your desired bet value from C$0.35 to C$120;
• Choose the number of automatic spins (from 5 to 100) or press spin for a single round.

The HyperBet feature offers you the possibility to choose from three different bet levels, enabling you to unlock up to 6x win multiplier and 10 initial free spins during the bonus round.

In the base game, there is a bar on top of the gameboard. Every time you land the glowing coil icon, a random symbol will be added to that collection bar. Once you’ve completed a ten-spin cycle, all the symbols you’ve accumulated will become special Expanding Symbols, which can lead to a great winning combination.

Keep in mind that this online slot is in demo mode. This means that your starting balance, the bets you make, and any winnings resulted from them are not available for cashout.

Symbols

The icons that were chosen for Sky Hunters free online slot fit the theme perfectly. There are two sets available, and the high win one is represented by steampunk engineers:

• 5X Male Engineer brings you C$4000;
• 5X Female Engineer will bring C$2000;
• 5X Young Engineer pay C$600;
• 5X Robot icons will also pay C$600.

The low win symbol set is illustrated by the card ranks from 10 to A. Landing 5 identical symbols will pay C$50(10, J, Q) or C$150(A, K).

Alongside the regular symbols, there is also a Zeppelin Wild symbol, which will help you connect more winning combinations. Landing 5 Zeppelin icons will pay C$4000. Additionally, the Wild symbol also counts as a scatter symbol, meaning that landing three of them anywhere on the reels will trigger the bonus round.
