Theme and Visuals

The story behind the island of Avalon had a great impact on the game development community and the team at Microgaming drew inspiration from there. That is how they managed to emulate that feeling of reverie that surrounds the 6^th century kingdom of Britain.

The decorative elements, visual and sound effects blend in perfectly and fit the theme very well. The background image depicts a scenery of Avalon with two statues of the Lady of the Lake and has a falling water effect which adds to the game tempo. The gameboard frame looks like it’s made from the same metal used for Excalibur.

Animation is what Avalon II free slot really stands out for! When you hit a winning combination or bonus, like Merlin casting a spell on your reels, breathtaking animations that amplify the dynamism of the game will occur. The medieval soundtrack, combined with the sound effects that are played when you win, really make you feel like in a magical realm filled with wizards, ghosts, and enchanted swords!

Another title that sends you on an amazing adventure is called The Epic Journey. The name says a lot about this game. It is epic indeed, as you search for precious stones right under a volcano. This slot has a very different look and layout, but it offers an experience just as great.

Symbols

The symbol set in this free slot are complementary to the theme. There are two sets of icons. One set contains six high-win icons, each representing a character from Arthur’s legend:

• 5 Merlin – C$2000;
• 5 Guinevere – C$1500;
