Dream Palace Review & Bonus Codes

With this Dream Palace review, we aim to help the Canadian users that are still looking for a place to gamble. After a careful analysis, we’re now able to display all the necessary information accurately and impartially. This way, gamblers will be familiar with concepts such as bonuses, games, banking details, helping them get ready to place their bets. The information is continuously updated, so users are always up to date.

Creating a Dream Palace account and making deposits

The first thing one should know about Dream Palace is that this online casino is operated by ProgressPlay Ltd and owns a Malta Gaming Authority, a Curacao and a United Kingdom Gambling Commission license. It also uses SSL technologies to keep the data safe.

However, if someone wishes to gamble at this casino, they should know this site does not require a username. This means they will have to use their email and password every time they want to log in. When creating an account here, initially, the user will need to fill in with their email, password, and phone number. Later, personal information will be required.

The next thing the new user needs to do is check their email. There, they will find the activation code. It should arrive instantly. Following that, players may make their first deposit using Visa, Interac Online, BitBay Pay, MuchBetter, Paysafecard, ecoPayz, Skrill Moneybookers, and Neteller.

The minimum deposit accepted at Dream Palace is C$10, yet some payment methods may have a maximum limit.

Be Aware: Those accounts regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority will be terminated if the player doesn't go through the whole age verification process, or if you use any other depositing method than credit cards or e-wallets.

Claiming Dream Palace bonuses and cashing out

The first deposit made here also means claiming the very first Dream Palace bonus. A welcome promotion will award Canadian users that choose to deposit here with cash and free spins. This will help the new players get used to online gambling and decide whether they want to stay here.

Once the deposit requirement has been met, the bonus will be instantly granted. As for the Dream Palace promotions received on registration, those will be activated when the account has been verified and considered valid.

Free bonus money and free spins carry a 50 times the bonus sum wagering requirement. This means the player can only withdraw the winnings from these deals after they’ve met this requirement.

Either way, this is not the only offer granting these, as players may find many other Dream Palace bonuses, including a cashback deal going on during the weekends. With its help, gamblers will be able to take back up to 15% of the losses.

If you want to cancel any bonus, that can be done from the Bonus history tab, but keep in mind that all your winnings will be removed. Users can only use one promotion at the time, the rest being considered Pending Bonuses until they can be accessed.

Cashouts are done using the same payment method used for deposits. However, if that is not available, one may pick one from the list of available services.

The bank may charge a withdrawal fee. However, Dream Palace will tax C$2.5 per transaction. The maximum one can cash-out per week is C$3000, respectively C$6000 per month. Still, winnings from Jackpots are not subjected to this condition.

Be Aware: Deposits made using Skrill Moneybookers are not eligible for the Dream Palace bonuses!

Recommendation: The site comes with many promotions for its users to enjoy, including a welcome package. The wagering requirements are decent compared to other platforms. However, the cashout limits per week and month are very low, and customers will be charged a fee for each transaction of this type. This is something players may not be happy about, as there are plenty of gaming sites that do not charge any fees.

Dream Palace VIP Club and all its perks

This online casino comes with a VIP Club that users join right from the moment they register. They will accumulate loyalty points while wagering real money on any of the games available. One VIP point is awarded for every C$16 wagered.

The program comes with five levels – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As they level up, they will enjoy benefits such as:

• Online VIP Room Status;
• Monthly Newsletter;
• Higher limits per day for points conversion;
• VIP customer support;
• Birthday presents;
• VIP support Hotline;
• Personal Account Manager;
• Personalized gifts;
• Anniversary Dream Palace bonuses.

The game selection at Dream Palace and how to contact the support team

Gamblers checking out the game array at Dream Palace will find over 1000 titles. Besides the usual ones, they can enjoy Virtual Sports, like The Incredible Baloon Machine, Nerves of Steal, Virtual Greyhounds, and others.

Still, those looking for video slots can try Age of Spartans, Who’s the Bride, Twin Happiness, and more. Besides, some examples of what the gamblers who check out the Casino games will find are Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, all coming in various forms.

All these come from NetEnt, Microgaming, NextGen Gaming, ELK, 1x2 Gaming, Iron Dog, Thunderkick, Lightning Box, Chance Interactive, Core Gaming, Bet Digital, Blueprint Gaming, Gamevy, GamesLab, Extreme Live Gaming, Scientific Games, Big Time Gaming, Quickspin, Gamesburger Studios, Fortune Factory, Foxium, Crazy Tooth Studio, Slingshot, Stormcraft Studios, Switch Studios, Leap Gaming, Pearl Fiction, Atomic Spin, All41, WMS Gaming, Wazdan, Pulse 8 Studios, Genesis Games, Rabcat, Skillzz Games, 2by2 Gaming, Triple Edge Studios, Games Warehouse, Inspired Gaming, Eyecon, Just For The Win, Big Time Gaming, Tom Horn, Fantasma Gaming, Evolution, Alchemy Gaming, Red 7, Shuffle Master, Nolimit Coty, Neon Valley Studios, Barcrest, Playson, Revolver Gaming, Half Pixel Studios, Genii, Play’n GO, Anakatech, and BetConstruct.

Reaching out for the support team can be done via Live Chat between 08:00 and 12:00 AM GMT or using the contact form displayed on the site.

Be Aware: Even if the Live Casino category exists, one may find it empty. We rechecked this platform within a couple of weeks after our first tests, and if the section first contained a few titles, the second time, we found it to be empty. Therefore, keep in mind that games can be added or removed at any time from any category.

Tips: You can select the games that you enjoyed most and find them in the Favourites section!

Recommendation: Live Chat is a convenient means of communication, but it would have been better if available 24/7. Either way, the support team replies may not always be fast, but they are friendly, and their answers are helpful. There is a wide array of game providers, but the Live Casino section seems to either have few games or none.

Final thoughts after our Dream Palace review

The good stuff: This online casino owns two licenses, both highly appreciated. Popular payment methods in Canada are available. Dream Palace displays more bonuses than most casinos, which will attract players. They work with plenty of providers, all very popular. Users can get in touch with customer support using Live Chat. There are multiple currency options, including CAD. There are plenty of Jackpot games available for players who are seeking big wins. Users automatically join a multi-level VIP Club with multiple benefits upon registration. Decent wagering requirements on bonuses. The casino collaborates with many famous software providers.

The downside: Live Casino offers a minimal array of games, and depending on the time the user accesses this category, one may find it to be empty. Live Chat is not available 24/7. Some players may have also preferred to see a phone number and email address instead of a form. The withdrawal limits are low, and the platform will charge a fee for each cashout. Cashouts will only be approved after 3 days of waiting, which is too much compared to the newer platforms that complete this process within a few hours or even minutes.
